Patchwork Gnomes The most useful spot I can think of for Patchwork Gnomes is in a deck that can copy other permanents abilities, like Trazyn the Infinite

I also value its built-in card draw as a handy tool over the course of the game, and more useful than a conditional finisher being in the command zone
