Good for restoring loose or altered wipers. FOR EARLY FULLY EXPOSED WIPERS NOTE THIS IS A 2 BOLT MOUNT EACH Turn buckle.. Not cheap.. maybe able to find a used one listed also around but the end difference in cost may be marginal as against the tighter function & splines that are not worn out etc. This is for a 70 78 F with EXPOSED
