2021 Snare Syrah quantity Once in the winery 50%Syrah picked from a close planted vineyard in Adelaide Hills Kenton Valley. The fruit was hand picked in the cool of the morning and transported to the winery. 50% of the fruit was gently destemmed into an open fermentor and topped up with whole bunches. The fermented was gently plunged for three weeks where the wild ferment took place. The wine was pressed to second and third used hogshead before bottling the following Autumn. A spicy, light Syrah
